Why We Do It

Has your property been in a wind storm, hail storm in the last year? If so there may be damage on your roof that may not manfest itself until after your coverage expires. Instead of waiting until coverage expires, we seek to help you protect your investment and allay long-term repair cost.

Homeowners are diligent with paying insurance for their property, but they may not have read all of the fine lines when it comes to how to reap the benefits of their coverage.  In the case of roofing insurance, you typically have one year from the date of natural disaster to make a claim.  (Last damage reported in this area was June 2020, and some in March 2021.)

Well, who is going to tell you what is on your roof? Hopefully you won’t climb up there yourself!  Instead, we’ll get the details needed by performing an aerial inspection and follow-up by providing the path for getting your roof repaired via your insurance (minus your deductible, of course).

You’ve paid your insurance, so why let it go to waste because of uncertainty of damage.

The Process

  • Obtain Permission from authorized property owner to perform inspection
  • Perform aerial drone roof inspections and collect data
  • Organize the repair services

Limitations

For safety – inspections will be performed when there is no precipitation, and winds are favorable.

As much as we love pets – it’s best if you can restrict them from having access to the Inspectors while they are on your property.

Thank you for understanding these limitations.
